Ramnath Pradeep

Mr. Pradeep has been appointed as Chairman, Advisory Board of TRUUE IPE LLP

A renowned banker with extensive experience across all banking segments, particularly in credit and
advances as well as stress management. Mr. Pradeep holds a postgraduate degree in Economics and an
Graduate degree in Law. He has held various prestigious positions in the banking sector, including:

• Chairman & Managing Director, E-Corporation
  Bank now Union bank of India
• Chief Vigilance Officer (DMD), State Bank of
  India & Bank of India
• Executive Director, Central Bank of India
• Chairman, Cent -Bank Home Finance Ltd.
• Chairman, Corp -Bank Securities Ltd.

Mr. Pradeep has served on multiple corporate boards and provides advisory services across various sectors,
including IT, textiles, NBFCs, infrastructure, airlines, chemicals, cement, engineering, and real estate. He
was instrumental in establishing the first Asset Recovery Branch in India at Dena Bank and has chaired
numerous committees focusing on credit, risk management, audit, and settlement advisory for both public
sector banks and private limited companies.

Post-retirement, he continues to make significant contributions to the financial and legal sectors,
particularly advising on credit rating, strategy , restructuring, settlement and matters related to the
Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).

He is a founder and senior partner at Tap Legal, a law firm with offices in India, Dubai, and the UK,
specializing in banking, IBC, DRT, and matters related to lookout notices, CBI, and ED. Previously he was
partner in PDS legal and Singhania &com, solicitor firms
